The advancement of science necessitates the interchange and deliberation of facts and concepts. The International Journal of Engineering Trends and Medical Sciences (IJETMS Journal) is a distinct magazine that focuses on sharing the findings of scientific and technological research in the fields of Engineering, Science, and Technology. It operates on an open-access platform, allowing for easy accessibility to its content. The peer review process for each publication focuses on objective and technical considerations to assess if the study has been adequately planned, implemented, and documented to warrant its inclusion in the scientific evidence.
The primary objective of the IJETMS Journal is to provide exceptional service to authors of original research papers, along with a fair peer review process. This is achieved with the assistance of a dedicated in-house team and an Editorial Board consisting of globally recognized scientists. Essential peer-review procedures include the following:

• Articles will often not be rejected without the input of an expert scientist in the respective subject.
• The review procedure consists of two steps. The first phase involves an internal assessment. Initially, we will assess the article for plagiarism and determine its eligibility. If we detect any instances of plagiarism, we will send the work back to the author and request that they make the necessary modifications.
• The second round of evaluation involves external refereeing. The paper will undergo blind refereeing by external referees. The referee has three alternatives; he may provide input indicating acceptance, rejection, or the need for revision. If the referee approves the paper, it will be published automatically. Should the referee propose any alterations or amendments to the manuscript, the author is required to make the necessary edits and send the revised version back to us. In the event that the reviewer declines the article, we will provide the author with feedback.
